Hi,

I would love to try this recipe. However, I am just wondering if you use a food weight scale to measure all the ingredients. If so, how do you go about putting the ingredients on the scale? ( I hope this is not a dumb question~!)

I am a beginning cook and I have been using tbsps, tsps, cups, etc. But I will buy a measurement scale if that is what is necessary.

不知道你用的是哪一種秤?假如是彈簧秤,會比較辛苦一點,要每樣材料分別秤好再混和起來。我現在用的是電子秤,方便很多,因為電子秤可以隨時歸零,所以能夠疊加式往材料盆裡放材料,邊加材料邊歸零秤重。
如果你問的是如何秤麥芽糖這類很黏稠的材料,我通常反向操作,先秤整罐麥芽糖,然後舀出想要的份量(粗估一下),再整罐放回秤上秤重,和原先的重量差就是舀出來的麥芽糖重量啦~^^
