We think the same.@.@^^I am trying to learn how to set up my own web site and intend to build up the english edition simultaneously.....(my english probably is not that good enough but it doesn't matter as long as we all enjoy it and help each other.

As for apple crumble, I haven't tried it yet. But you may find a bunch of recipes on Internet. Here I found one with nice pictures:
