Wendy loves making cards and sending to friends.
This is probably the best way to show the blessings from a craft-lover like me.
Here are some cards that I made long time ago~
Will share more if I make any new cards.

Mother's Card

Date: 1987.5.

Description:

This was made when I was in junior high school, about the age of 14. At that time, I was attracted by paper crafts, and stayed up almost everynight to do crafts. When I heard of a Motherˇ¦s Day card contest held on campus, I made this and next card to attend the contest. There were no prizes or public announcements for the contest. So whenever I walked by the giant poster that collected all selected cards with my friends. I was too shy to tell them that my cards are on the poster. I just hope their eyes could stay on my cards and enjoy my crafts.
The knitting on this card was really knitted by using the two toothpicks. Itˇ¦s unbelievable how I could do it because the knitting is actually much wider than the toohpick can hold. Few days later, I tried to use another two toothpicks to knit it again, but couldnˇ¦t do it at all. How did I do that in the first time? I donˇ¦t know!! :P

Mother's Card

Date: 1990.5.

Description:

Itˇ¦s easy to tell that this card was finished at the same time as previous one because they share the same tone and the style. I refurbished this card by adding the woody frame, the dry flowers and the cardboard, and then sent it for another Motherˇ¦s Day card contest when I was in senior high (at age of 17). This time it won me the first prize.

Thank You Note

Date: 1997.8.

Description:

This is a Thank You note made for the friends who sent me birthday gifts in that year. I meant to make it simple in design, but interesting in the meaning. So I only used color pens to write the words instead of any pictures. On the cover page, it looks rude, but as soon as you read the inside page, youˇ¦ll know the real expression of this card. Is it fun?
