This is a one-year-old birthday cake for a baby girl named Vienna. Her mom ordered this cake for her first birthday and would like to have small instrument on top of the cake as part of the decoration. Also, Vienna's Chinese name has a letter of "green" in the middle, so I made this violin cake in the color tone of green.

This was a rush order too... I only had 4~5 days to finish it, including the design and preparation. To complete this project, I stayed up for two nights: first night was for the sugar flowers, and the second was for the violin. Finally finished it at 4 AM on Thanksgiving morning... and then handed it out at 10 AM. What a day!!!:P
