It has been another 5 months since my last cake project... Life is always busy, and time flys especially when you're busy. I bought a new cake-decorating book few months ago, and just learn this new technique for string work. So, I've planned to practice it on my new cake design.

The string work turns out great! I like it very much. As you tell from the picture, it's also very difficult to finish it on cake. Those strings keep breaking and breaking... You really need a lot of patience to do it.
