It has been more than 6 months since my last cake project, though I have designed and drew some drawings in my scratchbook for new cake projects. Life is always busy, and sometimes not easy to focus on something I really want to do.

I spent 10 hours to finish this cake. This is my first time using cake dummies for a project. It's very convenient because you save time on baking and frosting. Just start with covering rolled fondant, and then it's ready to be decorated!

The roses and leaves are all made from modeling chocolate, and it's also my first time working with modeling chocolate. The roses made from chocolate are very beautiful and easy to shape.
